  • Organising an Insurance Claim – 10% of works value
  • Preparation of Paperwork for Alternative Deposit Resolution – £216
  • Withdrawal Fee (once verbal consent to commence marketing) – £240
  • Withdrawal Fee (once verbal consent given to commence referencing) – £300
  • Obtaining keys or cards for utility meters or clearing any debt from previous keys or cards (when first taking on property) – £60 per key or card
  • Cancellation Fee (if cancelling the Fully Managed or Rent Collection Service during the term of tenancy plus any extensions) – 85% of 1 month’s rent
